Hello New Year!

Update Apologies for the hiatus! It's been a whirlwind for the past couple of months as I was in Hong Kong, so I didn't have much time blogging. However, I spent most of my time doing lots of sightseeing and meeting new people. I really miss the weather and the food but I'm glad to be back!

Now that I'm back (yeah!) I'll be updating the blog again on a regular basis, just need to slowly get into the swing of things.
